Elodie Li Yuk Lo was born in Mauritius but immigrated to Canada at a young age. In Canada she has acquired local, provincial and national experience. She was an outstanding libero and won many awards for the University of Toronto from 2001-2006. During University, she was introduced to beach volleyball and has since been planning to compete at the international level for Mauritius.
